How Letterflow handles your data

We collect the account information you provide, the newsletter content and voice-training samples you upload, and the generated outputs we store in your workspace history.

If you connect external services, we also store the account metadata and tokens needed to keep those integrations working, along with related publishing or analytics data.

We use your data to operate Letterflow: sign you in, generate content, save your drafts and history, process billing, send product emails, and support publishing or analytics features you choose to use.

We may also use limited product and usage data to improve reliability, debug failures, prevent abuse, and understand which features are being used.

Letterflow relies on third-party providers for things like authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, AI generation, and connected social publishing. Those providers only receive the data needed to perform their role.

We do not sell your newsletter content or personal account data to data brokers.

You can disconnect integrations, edit or delete generated content, and ask for help with account closure or data deletion through support.

If you stop using Letterflow, some records may be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, but we try to avoid keeping personal data longer than necessary.

We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect your account and stored data, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

If you believe your account or connected provider access has been compromised, contact support as soon as possible and rotate the affected credentials.
