Terms of Service

Letterflow terms

Use Letterflow responsibly, only upload content you have rights to use, and review what you publish.

Using Letterflow

Use Letterflow in a lawful, responsible way. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to repurpose.

Do not try to abuse the product, scrape other users' data, interfere with the service, or use the app to publish spam, misleading content, or anything illegal.

Your content and generated output

You keep ownership of the newsletter content, voice samples, and other material you provide to Letterflow.

Letterflow helps you transform that material into drafts, but you are still responsible for reviewing outputs before they are published and for making sure they comply with platform rules, copyright rules, and your own standards.

Accounts, trials, and billing

Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access in a way your plan does not allow.

If you are on a paid subscription, billing renews according to your selected plan until you cancel. Free trials, plan limits, and pricing may change over time, but we will not silently charge you for a different plan without a billing flow that shows the change.

Connected platforms

If you connect LinkedIn, X, or other providers, you are authorizing Letterflow to act on your behalf only for the features you choose to use, such as publishing or analytics sync.

Those third-party platforms have their own rules, APIs, and limits. If they change their policies or break an integration, some features may stop working until we update them.

Service limits

Letterflow does not guarantee business outcomes, audience growth, engagement results, or perfect outputs. Review generated content before publishing.

Contact and account closure

If you need billing help, account closure, or help resolving a dispute, contact us through the app support flow first and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
